Using Kōpūrererua
Kōpūrererua is a space that is available for all staff to use whether that be for team hui, hosting hui with external guests or training sessions. Staff merely need to book the space in Outlook adding Kōpūrererua Room as the location/attendee when sending a meeting invite. Your invite will come through to members of Te Haumi and if there is no clash with another kaupapa, it'll be accepted. Like Chambers though, if there is a kaupapa such as a pōwhiri or hui with members of our Partnership Forums, those kaupapa will take precedence over any other.
When using Kōpūrererua, we ask that you observe the following tikanga -
- Please remove your shoes when you are in the whare.
- If you have external guests, please get them to sign in using the QR code by the TV.
- If you put something in the fridge, please take it with you when you leave and make sure the dishes are done.
- Kōpūrererua is a dog free space.
- Please do not put tables or other equipment against the tukutuku panels on the walls.
- When you are finished with the space, please leave it as pictured below -
